Qi Gong at Kung Fu Club Fall City Issaquah
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice combining slow movement, focused breathing, and meditative awareness to build internal energy and promote overall well-being. Our Qi Gong program is rooted in Daoist tradition and taught as both a standalone discipline and a complement to our Wing Chun Kung Fu training.
Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”) means “energy cultivation” and has been practiced for thousands of years to harmonize body, breath, and mind. Unlike high-intensity training, it focuses on awareness and control of movement and energy, making it accessible to people of all fitness levels and ages.
