Our school is located in a peaceful setting just outside of Issaquah, providing a focused space for meditation, movement, and martial arts training.

- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Classes are offered for youth, teens, and adults. Visitors are welcome to stop by during business hours to observe a class. For your first visit, we recommend calling ahead to ensure a smooth introduction.

- Speak with our instructors and current students

- Schedule an introductory class
