What we collect
When you submit a trial class inquiry we collect the name, age range, program interest, preferred training hall, phone number, and email address you provide. When you call or email us we keep only what is needed to answer you and, if you enroll, to maintain your student record.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about the class you asked about, to place you in an appropriate group, and to reach a parent or guardian in the case of a minor student. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Children’s information
Inquiries about students under eighteen should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We collect only a child’s first name, age, and any health note a parent chooses to share so instruction can be adapted safely.
Photographs in the hall
We occasionally photograph training for this website. Nobody is photographed without consent, parents are asked in writing for children, and you may withdraw permission at any time and we will remove the image.
This website
The site uses only the technical storage needed to display pages. Embedded maps are served by Google and are subject to Google’s own privacy terms. We do not run advertising trackers.
