TUITION and MEMBERSHIP FEES & POLICIES 

TUITION and MEMBERSHIP FEES for students are as follows:
•    Monthly Tuition payments as based on a calendar month, 1st of the month, to the 28th, 30th or 31st.
•    Membership can provide unlimited Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Grappling and Weapons classes and unlimited open training.
•    Membership is a prerequisite to enrollment in additional weapons, groundfighting, disarms, and chi sao seminars.
•    Membership provides priority access to private lessons and the availability of makeup classes
•    Always a Ten (10) Day Money Back Guarantee, when you first join, on your first tuition fee.

All memberships fees must be paid in advance or paid monthly with Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT). 
Drafts can come from a checking account or credit card.

Commitment of 6 months or more.  Advance payment or monthly Easypay. 
Iron Membership includes 1 class per week in Xiong Jiang Wing Chun .
Qi Gong classes and Open training are included.  (Grappling and Weapons classes not included.)
Advance payment: $660.00 for 6 months.  Monthly payment: $110.00 per month.  (EFT continues after 6 month period ends.  One month notice needed for cancellation of membership.) 
This membership can be upgraded at any time.

Commitment of 6 months or more.  Advance payment or monthly EFT. 
Silk Membership includes up to 3 classes per week in Xiong Jiang Wing Chun.
 Qi Gong classes and Open training are included..  (Grappling and Weapons classes not included.)
Advance payment: $750.00 for 6 months.  Monthly payment: $125.00 per month.  (EFT continues after 6 month period ends.  One month notice needed for cancellation of membership and Easypay.)

Jade Membership includes unlimited classes in Xiong Jiang Wing Chun Plus Grappling
and Weapons Classes.

Advance payment: $1500.00 per year.  Monthly payment: $125.00 per month.  (EFT continues after 12 month period ends.  One month notice needed for cancellation of membership and EFT.)

Gold Membership includes unlimited classes in Xiong Jiang Wing Chun Plus Grappling
and Weapons Classes.

Gold membership also includes a ½ hour Private Lesson each month. 
Advance payment: $1920.00 per year.  Monthly payment: $160.00 per month.  (EFT continues after 12 month period ends.  One month notice needed for cancellation of membership and EFT.)

Qi Gong, literarily, life force cultivation, are exercises to strengthen the Qi (Chi-vital energy) through the internal organs, which increases vitality, health and sensory perception. Some exercises have martial application, but their primary purposes are the enhancement of the health of body and the spirit.
Qi Gong is primarily taught Monday and Wednesday from 7:00PM to 8:00PM and during private lessons.
The Qi Gong Seminars are taught quarterly. The Seminars costs $120 per day, Seminar class time usually runs about five hours per day, including a break for lunch.

New Members: You may cancel your membership for any reason during the first 30 days. 
After the first 30 days every member is expected to honor their commitment.

Non Members: 
Class Rate: $35.00 per class.
Week Rate:  2 classes per week, $50.00.  Each additional class add $15.00 per class.
Month Rate: Non member monthly rate is $150.00 for up to 8 classes.  Each additional class add $35.00 per class.

With the electronic funds transfer (EFT) you have your choice of monthly payment dates.
(i.e. 5th, 15th, 20th,25th  or 30th for current months tuition )
Electronic funds transfer (EFT) may be cancelled after the completion of agreed duration of membership by notifying the Kung Fu Club one month in advance.  
                       
Termination of payments is the responsibility of the student.

Additional family members receive a discount of $10 from the monthly fee, (i.e.$100 paid to the school by electronic funds transfer,  with a $10 discount, gives the second family member a monthly fee of $90 per month).

 Note:  Family members may share a 6 or 12 month advanced payment
( i.e. three or six months per  person).

An initial partial month’s tuition is calculated as a prorated fee for the partial month based on a rate of $50 per week. This applies only to the first month’s tuition.  Makeup classes are available to paid enrolled members during the current month or the month following a missed class. No refunds will be given on tuition (except as noted in the first enrollment guarantee), uniforms or equipment.

LATE FEES :    Tuition fees, paid directly to the school, are to be paid before the 10th of the month.  A $20.00 late charge is added if tuition is paid late.  If some difficulty makes it necessary to pay late, consult with a school instructor before the 7th to have the late charge waived.
GRAPPLING & WEAPONS TRAINING :Students in the Adult Intermediate and Advanced levels are also required to take additional training in Grappling and Weapons training.  The grappling and weapons classes are taught ongoing, see schedule.
SEMINARS :One day seminars, covering one of the following topics; Club disarms, Knife disarms, Gun disarms, Chi Sao and Women’s Self Defense. Cost per seminar is $50, each session. (Women’s Self Defense is free to enrolled students or their guests)
PRIVATE LESSONS
Within the group classes personal attention for each student is emphasized.  Both Instructors and Advanced Students work with all students on a one to one basis. Thanks to this system hundreds of students at our school have made excellent progress and achieved advanced skills. 
Private lessons are also offered.  Reasons for taking private instruction include; making up for missed classes, allowing a greater flexibility to fit unusual schedules, having extra time to work on individual difficulties, and accelerating a student’s progress. 
Persons interested in a private tutoring program must be members in good standing at the Kung Fu Club Fall City Issaquah. Non-members may petition for private lessons, time permitting. The agreed upon schedule must be followed.  If re-scheduling is necessary it must be made at least 1 day, (24 hrs.) in advance.  If advance notification is not made the reservation and money are forfeited. Private sessions will be held at the Kung Fu Club Fall City Issaquah, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Half hour sessions costs          $80.00.
Five one hour sessions costs  $500.00, save $125.00.
Two or three persons can share an hour long session for a combined cost of $125.00 per hour.
